Sausage & Sweet Potatoes~
This Sausage & Sweet Potatoes can be put together in just minutes and is sure to satisfy on a cold evening. Simple straight forward ingredients and tremendous flavor will make it one of your favorite recipes.
Serves: Serves 4
  • 3 sweet potatoes*, medium, peeled and cubed
  • 6 hot Italian sausage links, sliced to bite size pieces
  • 2 onions*, medium, peeled and chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves*, peeled, chopped
  • oil to coat pan
  • ⅛ cup water
  1. Place oil in wok or skillet. When hot add onions and garlic. Stir fry for a few minutes and add sausage.
  2. When sausage is completely cooked, add sweet potatoes mixing well. Add approximately ⅛ cups water to help with cooking the sweet potatoes. Stir often.
  3. When sweet potatoes are tender, remove from heat and serve.
