Fried Apples~
This is a stove top, served warm, easy to make dessert that's just in time for those cool Fall evenings.
  • 4 cooking apples*, (your favorite)
  • ¼ cup plus butter*
  • ½ cup coconut sugar, (use brown sugar to substitute)
  • ½ cup pecans
  1. Wash, core and quarter 4 apples.
  2. In frying pan or skillet melt ¼ stick butter. Place apple skins down in butter and sprinkle with sugar and pecans. Top with slices of butter.
  3. Cook on low heat until tender and candied.
