This Avocado Dressing is thick, creamy and holds its bright green color beautifully. Use on salads, as a dressing for baked potatoes, in tuna fish and more.
- ½ avocado*
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- 1 package Good Seasons Mild Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix
- In blender, add avocado, water, and vinegar; blend until smooth.
- Then, add oil and packaged seasoning mix; pulse for 2-3 seconds just to mix.
- Pour into cruet (will fill to top) and cover. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Rice vinegar is very mild and great for salad dressing.
