Avocado Dressing~
This Avocado Dressing is thick, creamy and holds its bright green color beautifully. Use on salads, as a dressing for baked potatoes, in tuna fish and more.
  • ½ avocado*
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • ⅔ cup olive oil
  • 1 package Good Seasons Mild Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix
  1. In blender, add avocado, water, and vinegar; blend until smooth.
  2. Then, add oil and packaged seasoning mix; pulse for 2-3 seconds just to mix.
  3. Pour into cruet (will fill to top) and cover. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Rice vinegar is very mild and great for salad dressing.
